The Partnership for Pastoral Counseling(PPC) shall operate in a manner that does not unlawfully discriminate against people on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation (including gender identity and expression), marital status, disability, veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by federal, state, or local law.

PPC prohibits retaliation against any person because he or she opposed or complained about discrimination in good faith, assisted in good faith in the investigation of a discrimination complaint, or participated in a discrimination charge or other proceeding under federal, state, or local antidiscrimination law.

 The following rights apply to all clients being served by PPC’s affiliated counselors and include the parents, legal representatives and/or family of these clients: The client has the right to competent, considerate and respectful counseling in a safe setting that fosters the client’s comfort and dignity and is free from all forms of abuse and harassment, including abuse or harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or marital status.
